She spent some time going over van with me, allowing me to video some things I wasnt sure about coz i knew i'd forget. I asked so many questions and she didn't hesitate to answer.
I towed the van home (Mt Gambier to Mildura) in windy conditions as I had to return to work, Jess check in on me a couple of times.
Big 900km trip to Bathurst 1000, 2024. The van towed like a dream once again, day 4 here i've had no issues with anything, diesel heater works a treat, so a must-have in your vans.
Extra room in the garage area was great for the the extra swags I brought up for mates, i'm super happy with it. Next trip the go-karts will go in.

"Jess at True North RV was fantastic to deal with when buying our caravan. She was open over the Australia Day weekend when we had some time to have a look at some caravans. Other dealerships were not. We went in looking at Triple Bunk vans and came out buying a Toy Hauler! Perfect for all the baby stuff to go in, our family having one year old triplets.
Jess presented the van beautifully and even popped in a few gifts for the triplets and us. Any little issues were sorted, and even now we have the van she is happy to answer questions and give us information about getting accessories for the van.
Could not have asked for a better person to deal with when buying our new pride and joy.
